A 4-bedroom Lyndhurst 32 build delivered in 11 months from slab to handover. The family upgraded to the Modern facade, added a butler's pantry and chose stone benchtops throughout. Build came in 2 weeks ahead of contract.
Build came in two weeks ahead of the contract date. Site supervisor was responsive, and we genuinely felt looked after through every variation. The handover walkthrough was thorough.
We love the finished home but communication during frame stage was frustrating — multiple chase-up emails. Final result is excellent though.
